Substance Abuse
Substance Abuse and Addiction is a mental illness where a person gets addicted to a substance due to over-usage or misuse of the substance. There are many legal, illegal and prescriptive substances to which a person can get addicted. This problem is prevalent across the world, age groups, gender and ethnicities. - Lecture on ‘Effects Of Raj Yogi Lifestyle on Addictions’ at the Raj Yoga Meditation Center in Spain
- Workshops on ‘Substance Abuse’ for school children, teachers and parents of institutions such as Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, New Delhi; St. Anthony’s School, New Delhi; The British School, New Delhi, etc.
- Workshops on ‘Counseling Skills for Alcohol Abuse and De-addiction’ for the students of the National Institute of Social Defense (NISD)
- Lecture on Changing Patterns of Drug Abuse, Special Reference to India & Rajasthan in Mount Abu
- Lecture on ‘Non Pharmacological Management of Patterns of Substance Abuse (Addiction)’ at the Art of Psychiatry Conference of IAPP in Srinagar
